CTEZone provides educational simulations, learning tools, progress tracking, and certificate issuance for instructional use only.
Users agree to:
Attempts to interfere with system operation or bypass safeguards are prohibited.
Students must not use real names. Teachers are responsible for reinforcing this rule and correcting violations using administrative tools.
CTEZone cannot verify whether a name is real or fictitious.
Teachers and administrators have full authority to:
Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
Certificates reflect participation or completion of educational activities. CTEZone does not verify student identity and does not store student names.
Public validation confirms issuance details only.
All platform content, simulations, certificates, and software are the intellectual property of WeGo Nation LLC, unless otherwise stated.
CTEZone is provided "as is." WeGo Nation LLC is not liable for educational outcomes, data loss resulting from authorized deletion, or misuse of the platform.
Important: The Service is intended for use only in jurisdictions that permit the disclaimers, limitations of liability, and data-handling practices described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The Service is not offered in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted or unenforceable, including but not limited to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Quebec (Canada), and certain U.S. states with heightened consumer or data-protection requirements (including, without limitation, California, New Jersey, and Connecticut).
By using the Service, you represent that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction. If you access the Service from a restricted jurisdiction (including via VPN), you do so at your own risk and waive applicable protections to the fullest extent permitted by law.
CTEZone is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain reliable access to the platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, continuous availability, or error-free operation.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

While CTEZone provides certificate issuance and public validation tools as a convenience, we do not guarantee the continuous availability or long-term operation of the certificate verification system.
Certificates represent participation or completion at the time they are issued. Verification availability may change, be modified, or be discontinued without notice.
CTEZone is an evolving platform. We reserve the right to:

WeGo Nation LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue the Service, in whole or in part. In such cases, we are not obligated to retain user data, progress records, or certificate verification functionality, particularly in alignment with our Zero-PII design.
Users should not rely on CTEZone as the sole system of record for academic documentation, credential storage, or long-term verification. Educators are encouraged to retain copies of issued certificates and related records for their own reference.
These Terms of Use and your access to and use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
