CTEZone.com is an educational platform designed with student privacy as a core principle. The platform is owned and operated by WeGo Nation LLC and is built using a Zero-PII (Personally Identifiable Information) architecture to minimize data collection and protect student privacy.

1) Information We Collect

CTEZone does not collect or store student names or personal identifiers.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the platform, including:

• system-generated user identifiers
• learning progress and simulation activity
• quiz and certificate completion records
• non-identifying usage and system logs

We do not collect:

• real names
• addresses
• dates of birth
• email addresses for students
• government identifiers

2) Student Names & Anonymity

Students are instructed not to use their real names when creating or using accounts on CTEZone. Pseudonyms, initials, or system-generated identifiers must be used.

Because CTEZone does not collect personal identity data, we cannot determine whether a student has entered a real name. For this reason, educator guidance is essential.

3) Teacher Responsibility & Administrative Authority

Teachers and authorized administrators are responsible for:

• informing students not to use real names, and
• monitoring classroom accounts for compliance.

Teachers are provided full administrative control over student accounts within their classroom, including the ability to:

• edit usernames or display names,
• reset passwords, and
• permanently delete student accounts.

These controls allow educators to correct accidental use of real names or other unintended information.

4) Account Deletion & Irreversibility

Due to our Zero-PII design, account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

When a teacher deletes a student account:

• all associated progress and activity data is permanently removed,
• no personal data is retained, and
• the account cannot be restored by CTEZone or WeGo Nation LLC.

This irreversibility is a direct result of our privacy-first architecture.

5) Certificates & Validation

Certificates issued through CTEZone:

• do not store student names,
• may have names added offline by educators, and
• can be validated publicly using a unique certificate ID.

Certificate validation confirms:

• certificate ID
• issuance date
• issuing educator
• school
• program

No student identity information is disclosed during validation.

6) Cookies & Analytics

CTEZone may use standard cookies or analytics tools to improve platform performance. These tools do not collect personal student information or identify individual users.

7) Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade data. Limited data may be processed by service providers strictly for hosting or system operation, under confidentiality obligations.

8) Children's Privacy

CTEZone does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Any such information entered accidentally should be corrected or removed by the teacher immediately.

9) Changes to This Policy
